I have just completed my 11th days jog around the 2.8 mile block.
I' d like to be able to say it's getting very much easier but sadly can only report a marginal improvement. Day by day I am increasing my jog:walk ratio but am being seriously hampered by the stone and a half excess blubber that persists around my midriff which 'lollops' uncomfortably and adds extra pressure on my knees and calves.
I also now have to accept that there is nothing at all that is suitable to eat for dinner before a jog. From tomorrow I will be jogging before dinner however late I get back from work.
