Measuring up

The side effect of all this exercise to get fit for Kilimanjaro is a changing body shape. My weight dropped at a rate of a kilo a week for the first few weeks, since then my weight has plateaued.

Today my vital statistics were measured against the starting point 12 weeks ago and this is the result:-

Chest minus 3"
Waist minus 2"
Tummy minus 6"
Hips minus 2"
Bottom minus 1.5"
Uppper left arm minus 1"
Upper thigh minus 1.5"

There's some toning happening!
