Super (dooper) circuits

PT was super circuits today.

Seven stations were set up around the gym studio.

Station 1 - Sitting on a mat with bent knees, passing a medicine ball in a rotation around my waist with outstretched arms. Clockwise and then anti-clockwise.
Station 2 - Dragging a punch bag attached to my waist along the floor taking large steps whilst doing bicep curls with heavy dumb bells.
Station 3 - Farmers walk: Carrying a 16kg kettle bell in each hand while walking in a figure of eight around cones.
Station 4 - Fast toe touch step-ups onto a small step.
Station 5 - Boxing punch pads quickly.
Station 6 - Standing wide legs, holding the ViPR. Forming an 'X' in the air by punching the VIPA first into the air on the right and then the left followed by punching towards my feet to the right and then the left.
Station 7 - Alternating tricep dips with step ups onto a tractor tyre.

The circuit was completed three times.

It was a great workout. I hope we do this one again.

I feel limbered up and ready to attempt the Three Peaks Challenge on Friday!
