Fourth day of CV challenge month

Four days into my challenge of doing at least 30 minutes CV exercise every day for a month to try to improve my heart rate and breathing.  I have just completed the fourth days jog around a 2.8 mile block.  I am gradually increasing the length of my jogs and decreasing the length of my recovery walks.  I can already feel the pattern of my breathing improving, however, chicken pie and two glasses of wine was definitely not the best thing to have eaten before I set off tonight.
