A bit of a bum deal

This weeks PT was all about the gluteus maximus (buttocks).

Moving on from last weeks session, I have now progressed to stepping up and down onto a 20" high bench holding 8kg weights in each hand. Followed by sitting on the bench with the weights held under my chin, one foot planted on the floor while the other leg is suspended 8" off the ground straight out in front, standing up and then sitting down again all on one foot, repeating 10 times before moving onto the other foot. Try it some time - it's not easy!

He says that next weeks session will be really tough, I'm not sure what he's got planned but (I think) I'm looking forward to it.
